It’s been awhile since I shared a Kids in the Kitchen video so this week I’m sharing a recipe that contains less than 5 ingredients. My favorite kitchen friends made Blueberry and Cream popsicles as part of a sponsored video I did for International Delight using International Delight creamer, water, sugar, and blueberries. As usual, they had a great time with it:

I completed the Accent tag with Marci and I think we discovered we don’t have very interesting “accents” at all. Why couldn’t I have been born somewhere cool, like Ireland? My parents are so selfish. This is the best we could do though:

5. May 18th is National Cheese Souffle Day. Let it inspire a video!
Happy National Cheese Souffle Day! I don’t know who is in charge of making up these wonderful national days, but cheese souffle it is! I don’t think I’ve ever actually had a cheese souffle, but I found a recipe for a 3 ingredient cheesecake souffle that I just couldn’t pass up. It was actually more difficult and involved than any 3 ingredient recipe I’ve ever attempted. Take a look:
