Pinterest is at it again, trying to convince me to give Raspberry Beer Cocktail a shot. I think we just improved beer with this recipe. Not a huge surprise since I wasn’t a big fan of it to start with. Any handful of fruit and juice could improve that stuff. Maybe.
(video here)
Just mix a Corona with a couple scoops of frozen raspberry lemonade concentrate and a shot of vodka. Add a handful of raspberries for a lovely Spring garnish type thing and enjoy!

Hahaha my boyfriend was going “I bet she hates it, I bet she hates it” then Bam, you didn’t.
I looks really delicious to me!

It was good! I was actually kind of surprised too. Raspberry with beer? It worked!

To think I have been drinking beer wrong all these years, without a shot of vodka. I will happily step it up a notch. I LOVE beer…girly beer…not so much. This looks like a girly beer, but I do not discriminate so I would give this raspberry lemonade beer a try. You know what would also be great with that Corona, besides chips and salsa, adding limeade and limes.

See, I am definitely a girl drink drinker. I can handle maybe ONE beer, but I’m definitely not drawn to them if I’m looking to get tipsy or even just with a meal. Limes and Limeade would be a brilliant addition!

There is a brewery /restaurant in NYC, HEARTLAND BREWERY, and they have a “Raspberry Blonde” which is a wheat ale (little heavier than Corona) with Chambord in it. It’s delicious and my go to drink when we go there…even though beer isn’t always my favorite.
This sounds delicious for the summer.
