Marci joined me again last week for another New Year celebratory champagne sparkler! I found the Blackberry Ombre Sparkler on Pinterest and it was too pretty to pass up! It involves making a blackberry simple syrup, pouring chamagne on top and then garnishing with blackberries and rosemary:
