7. Describe a memorable camping trip.
Our annual camping trip was a major win this year. I’ve mentioned before that I select a new campsite and our ever-growing family takes over some unsuspecting Washington State National Park. I always feel a little sorry for our neighboring campers because certainly, they do not prepare their camping trip thinking 15 children on bikes will be camping next door.
Alder Lake was this year’s selection and it quickly made it’s way into our top three favorite campsites thus far. Our group site sprawled the length of five regular-sized camping sites, we had full hookups with electric outlets, we had access to a kitchen shelter, we had trails and a lake and a park…there was nothing lacking for our huge group aside from the rain that came in strong on our last night there.
Take a look at all the fun we had!:

I watched the video yesterday. You have a big family! The puppy is cute; what breed?
I saw on Instagram that you’ve named your kittens, and that it looks like you’ve figured out which are boys and which are girls. I was going to tell you (but didn’t get around to it) that orange cats are usually male (though that’s changing), torties and calicos are almost always female, and if you’re not sure, look at the back end: if you see a colon, it’s a boy, and if you see a semicolon, it’s a girl. Not that it’s going to do a whole lot of good now, but for future reference…

Our family just keeps growing. Every year I swear there’s a new baby. ;) Killer is a Chiweenie and is super tiny and cute. I think we need to check the kittens again, but the paperwork we got showed one orange kitten was female. I’ll be honest, I’m a little tempted to keep that one. I’m also tempted to keep Sprout, the little runt. And I’m also tempted to keep the Calico, Ivy. OK I WANT THEM ALL!
