1. Tell us about an argument you witnessed.
I overheard my daughters arguing because each of them said something mean about the others future, non existent dog choice.
To be clear, they have each chosen the breed of dog they will have when they are grown and they have each insulted the others decision.
Maile chose a German Shepard.
Laina said a German Shepard was too big.
Laina chose a Bull Dog.
Maile said a Bull Dog was small and fat and would never protect her.
Laina came in crying and I honestly thought her sister must have been really ganging up on her the way she was carrying on.
I found the arguing so ridiculous that I threatened to send them each a future Chinese Crested hairless mongrel if they didn’t knock it off.

Ha ha ha! We all know a Beagle would be the right choice! ;)

Haha! Kids get upset about the silliest things. When my youngest was about 5 or 6, she used to play this virtual pet game on the computer and she had a St. Bernard with like 10 puppies. All those dogs to feed and care for got too much for her so she deleted them and then cried and cried because she “Killed” her dog family.

Well, at least they are passionate about their dog choices! I love the picture of your daughter with the dog. Darling.

I can totally see my two kids having the exact.same.arguement….

I don’t know if my kids ever argued about their imaginary future dog choices, but they always had them! And would have argued with me had I ever suggested that they were imaginary!! Since my daughter has a dog now, I’m sure my son won’t be too far behind. It’ll be interesting to see if he waits until there is a permanent significant other in his life, or if he will just strike out into dog ownership on his own!!?!

That is too funny!

I’d go with the German Shepherd, too.
Also the linky thing has had a headache all day today it seems. I had get on with a generic image.

Ya, I’d stop arguing after a threat like that. I couldn’t get the linky to work, I’ll try again tomorrow. Here’s my post for this week, thanksgiving cranberries. kelley—the road goes ever ever on
